To ensure high availability and smooth functioning of the website, various servers including web and database servers are periodically monitored.

Hyperlink Accuracy
Frequency: Quarterly
Process: While uploading content from the concerned department, the hyperlinks posted on the page are checked. The administrator visits all the pages monthly and verifies hyperlinks for accuracy. The results are then shared with the respective uploading division.

Log Record: Logs are maintained for audit purposes.
Presence on National Portal
Frequency: Quarterly
Process: The administrator visits the national portal monthly to check the presence of relevant information and content/details of the Department of Information & Public Relations, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The Web Information Manager must register all relevant documents with the national portal and is advised to visit www.india.gov.in. They should ensure that all citizen services, forms, documents, and schemes are registered in the relevant repository on the national portal. Communication through various means like email, letters, etc., is advised with the national portal administration to keep services and schemes updated.
Broken Link Check
Frequency: Quarterly
Broken links on the website are checked quarterly using the W3C developer tool “Link Checker” as well as by checking “Page Not Found” errors. These errors are reported to the Web Information Manager (WIM), who assigns them to the developer for immediate resolution. Dead links are also checked and promptly removed from the website. Both internal and external URLs are verified bi-weekly.
